Eyes closed to the music, under a blanket, an hour to reset to the smells of rose oil & palo santo. Gentle meditative & restorative, totally passive yogic poses (mostly lying down) fully supported by cushions and blankets. Each pose lasts around 5 minutes, simply lie in position and get comfy. Your teacher Chandra will perform Reiki on you, hands on or hands off (you choose). Enjoy sound healing as part of the session.

Reiki is a sacred and ancient Japanese form of energy healing through the palms. You will feel revived and refreshed after class.

If life is carrying some weight at the moment, this is a safe space to come to share and feel understood and seen. A conscious gathering of women coming together to reset, to remember who they are before the roles of daily situations begin, before all of the expectations.
